How Amateurs Review SenHaiX 8800 Dual Band Radio January 01, 1970

SenHaiX 8800 dual band analog walkie-talkie has a robust and reliable design, it supports Blue-tooth programming using a smart phone, and it also supports manual programming via the keyboard for easy field operation.

Compared to UV-5R, SenHaiX 8800 is an ideal upgrade replacement in terms of receiving and basic functionality. SenHaiX 8800 has a mature look that gives it a professional feel. It has better durability and expandability.

This walkie-talkie is brightly colored and easy to see in all weather conditions. Easy to spot, which is important in an emergency. It is equipped with a flash and also has flashing white or red and blue lights. The rubber bottom design provides it with drop protection.

Amateur A: Heavy in the hand, the PTT feels good, and the rubber on the bottom provides some protection. These are important features for a walkie-talkie in this price range.

The Blue-tooth writing function is very good, and you can use the SenHaiX 8800 app to program the frequency. At first, I thought the orange color was a bit dated, but then I started to like it.

I've had good transmit audio reports from others that sound almost as good as my other devices, and receive audio is loud and clear. If you want to buy a UV-5R, I recommend you to spend a little more for SenHaiX 8800.
